Refund & User Policy

By proceeding with any payment – including down payments, full course fees, dropshipping setup charges, or any service offered by AWGCOR Education Pvt. Ltd. – you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

This action constitutes an immediate and irrevocable binding agreement between you (the "User") and AWGCOR Pvt. Ltd. (the "Company"). Your agreement is evidenced by clicking "Enroll", "Pay", "Confirm", or any equivalent digital authentication. The terms herein supersede any prior verbal or written representations.

MANDATORY All users engaging in dropshipping setup, enterprise services, or any project-based engagement are required to provide a down payment before any work commences. This payment secures your dedicated resource slot and is immediately allocated to:

• Developer allocation – senior developers assigned to your project
• Strategy planning – market research, competitor analysis, store architecture
• Support staff – account manager and technical support onboarding
• Infrastructure – hosting, domain configuration, tool licenses

Work begins instantly upon receipt of payment. No cooling-off period applies. The phrase "work hasn't started" is invalid once digital access or developer hours are allocated.

AWGCOR maintains a strict non-refundable policy for all payments. Our team commits intellectual property, labor, and platform resources immediately upon transaction confirmation. However, as a gesture of good faith and to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we provide limited emergency refund exceptions exclusively for qualifying direct website purchases as detailed below.

• Direct website purchase: Transaction completed exclusively on awgcor.com (not via agent, reseller, or third-party).
• Amount threshold: Total transaction value is less than 20,000 NPR (or equivalent in foreign currency).
• 24-hour window: Refund request submitted within 24 hours from the exact payment timestamp (UTC+5:45).
• Verifiable order: Order ID visible in AWGCOR system, linked to your registered email.
• No prior refunds: You have not previously requested a refund for any AWGCOR service.

RARE 48-HOUR GRACE In extremely rare, verifiable technical emergencies (site outage during payment, double charge, hospitalization), a request up to 48 hours may be reviewed. Approval is not guaranteed and requires manager approval. Supporting documents required.

How to request: Email support@awgcor.com with subject line "24H REFUND – [Order ID]". Include your full name and reason. Response within 4 business hours.

The faster you reach out, the quicker it gets solved. Delayed reporting = no refund.

If your payment was processed by an authorized AWGCOR agent, reseller, affiliate, or third-party representative (not via awgcor.com checkout), the standard 24-hour refund policy does not apply. All agent-related refund inquiries must be submitted exclusively through the dedicated agent refund portal:

• Dedicated verification team for agent-originated transactions
• Requires agent code and original receipt from agent
• Refund, if any, is at sole discretion of AWGCOR after verification
• Processing time: 7-14 business days
• 24‑hour rule does NOT apply – agent portal only

Always verify your agent's credentials on our official agent list. AWGCOR is not liable for unauthorized representatives.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND AWGCOR provides expert guidance, premium educational content, and professional e-commerce setup. We do not, under any circumstances, guarantee business success, sales volume, revenue, or profitability.

The following are explicitly not grounds for refund:

• Low sales or no sales after store launch
• Dissatisfaction with market conditions or competition
• Personal change of mind or business direction
• Disagreement with strategy recommendations
• Poor performance due to your own marketing efforts
• Inability to manage the business after setup

A refund will only be issued under the following verifiable, state-mandated events:

• Company Shutdown: AWGCOR permanently ceases all business operations prior to completion of your contracted service.
• Change in National Law: Government of Nepal enacts a new law that renders our contracted services illegal, making delivery impossible.

Minor delays, staffing changes, creative disagreements, or subjective dissatisfaction are explicitly excluded. Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet shutdowns) do not trigger refunds.

As a user, you agree to the following binding responsibilities:

• Timely communication: Respond to project updates, feedback requests, and support inquiries within 48 hours.
• Accurate information: Provide true, complete, and current business/personal information.
• Immediate purchase review: The 24‑hour refund window starts at payment confirmation – you must review your purchase immediately.
• Cooperation requirement: Failure to cooperate, prolonged silence (14+ days), or providing misleading information may result in project termination without refund.
• Account security: Maintain confidential access credentials. AWGCOR is not liable for unauthorized account access.

AWGCOR reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, under the following conditions:

• Breach of any term in this policy or the Terms of Service
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff
• Fraudulent chargeback initiation or payment reversal
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary materials
• Use of AWGCOR services for illegal activities

Upon termination, your access to courses, platforms, and support is revoked. No pro-rata refunds are issued.

Despite the strict refund framework, AWGCOR is deeply committed to your success. Our developers, instructors, and support staff invest significant time and expertise to ensure your dropshipping venture or educational journey is built on a solid foundation.

The emergency 24‑hour refund is an act of good faith for small, direct website purchases. It exists because we trust our quality and want you to purchase with confidence. Thousands of students and store owners have built sustainable businesses with AWGCOR.

Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or your relationship with AWGCOR shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.

CHARGEBACK = BREACH Initiating a payment chargeback (credit card dispute, PayPal claim, etc.) without first contacting AWGCOR support constitutes a material breach of contract. AWGCOR will:

• Vigorously dispute the chargeback with full documentation
• Immediately terminate all services and revoke access
• Refer the debt to a collections agency
• Hold you liable for all legal, administrative, and collection fees

Always contact us first – we resolve 92% of payment disputes within 24 hours without chargebacks.

• Confidentiality: You shall not disclose, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any proprietary information, business strategies, trade secrets, course materials, or internal communications shared by AWGCOR.
• IP ownership: AWGCOR retains full ownership of all intellectual property provided, including course videos, templates, code, and strategic documents. No refund entitles you to retain or use proprietary materials after termination.
• Non-compete: You may not use AWGCOR proprietary frameworks to directly compete with our service offerings.

AWGCOR Education Pvt. Ltd. operates in full compliance with the laws and regulations of Nepal. Our policies adhere to directives established by:

• Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) – foreign exchange, digital payment guidelines
• Supreme Court of Nepal – e-commerce and consumer protection precedents
• Electronic Transactions Act – digital contract validity
• Company Act 2063 – corporate governance

This policy is a binding electronic contract under the laws of Nepal. All transactions are processed in NPR and reported to NRB as required.
