Will the AI make up wrong answers (hallucinate)?

No. We strictly confine the AI using a technology called RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). We program the system prompt with iron-clad rules: "Only answer using the documents provided. If the answer is not in the documents, state that you don't know and offer to transfer the user to a human." It will not invent pricing, promise features you don't have, or discuss irrelevant topics.

Does the Voice AI sound robotic?

Absolutely not. We use the latest conversational voice models (like those from ElevenLabs or OpenAI). The AI breathes, pauses, uses filler words like "hmm" or "let me check," and sounds indistinguishable from a human receptionist. It also responds in under 500 milliseconds.

How does the Human Handoff work?

AWGCOR charges a flat setup fee for the engineering build. Ongoing, you pay a modest monthly retainer to us for server hosting and maintenance. You also pay the direct API costs to OpenAI/Voice Providers (usually fractions of a cent per text message, or a few cents per minute for voice) and Meta/WhatsApp. We do not mark up your API usage.

What happens if my business information changes?

Our maintenance retainer covers knowledge base updates. If you change your pricing, add a new service, or update your policies, simply send us the new PDF or URL. We re-vectorize the data, and the AI instantly "learns" the new information without any downtime.
