The company by the numbers

We publish these because “trust us” is not an argument. All figures below are company-reported and unaudited, stated in US dollars.

Revenue, not profit. These are gross revenue figures. They include money clients paid us that we pass straight through on their behalf — advertising spend, hosting, licences and third-party services. Actual profit is a fraction of these numbers, and we would rather say that plainly than let a big figure imply otherwise.

Revenue history

• 2026 — $1.2M+ year to date. Covers the year so far; Q3 and Q4 are not included in this figure.
• 2025 — $780,000. First full year of structured operation.
• 2024 — $12,000. First year of consistent paid delivery.
• 2023 — not calculated. Work was partial and infrequent while the company was still forming, and we did not keep books to a standard worth publishing. We would rather report nothing than report a number we cannot stand behind.

Why the dates differ

A fair question if you check our filing: how can a company registered in 2026 report revenue from 2024?

Because AWGCOR operated before it was incorporated in Wyoming. The idea was planned in 2020. Delivery began properly in 2023, small and irregular at first. Through 2024 and 2025 it grew into a consistent, profitable operation.

AWGCOR, LLC was formed on 7 August 2026 to give that existing operation a formal US corporate structure — a registered agent, a clean contracting entity, and proper liability separation for clients.

So the Wyoming filing date is when the entity was created, not when the business started. Revenue figures above describe the business across its whole trading history.

• 2020 — AWGCOR planned.
• 2023 — Launched properly; first client projects.
• 2024 — Consistent paid delivery begins.
• 2025 — Scaled to a full service operation.
• 2026 — Incorporated as AWGCOR, LLC in Wyoming.

Ownership, IP and trademarks

Who owns what is settled in writing before work starts, never after.

On smaller projects, AWGCOR normally retains the trademark and the underlying product marks. You own your content, your domain, your data and your accounts — but the productised parts stay ours, which is part of how we keep those projects affordable.

On larger projects, clients typically purchase the trademark outright so the finished business stands as a fully independent company with no ongoing tie to us. That is the intended outcome for high-end builds: you leave owning the whole thing.

Either way the arrangement is written into the agreement before the first invoice, so nobody discovers the terms at handover.

How to verify our work

Most of what we build carries a verification page on the client’s own domain, at /awgcor. It is published on their site, not ours, which makes it far harder to fake than a screenshot in a portfolio.

Why there is no public client list

We do not publish a full client directory, pricing sheet or public review index. What a client paid, what we built and how their systems work stays between us and them — that confidentiality is part of the service, particularly for clients whose competitors would happily read it.

If you need references before committing, ask. We will arrange an introduction to a current client with their permission rather than publishing them without it.
