Plain English, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
Only what we need to reply to you and run the site:
- What you send us. Your name, email, company and message when you fill in a form or email us.
- Basic technical data. Your browser type, screen size and the pages you viewed. This is what any web server records.
- Preferences. Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser. Nothing leaves your device.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, government ID, or payment card details on this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, deliver work you have engaged us for, send invoices, and understand which pages are useful. That is the whole list.
What we never do
- We never sell your data. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We never add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
- We never share client information between clients.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site stores nothing until you choose. Decline and only what is needed to load the page is used. Full detail on the cookie policy page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, plus seven years for the invoices, because tax law requires it. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Send you a copy in a portable format.
- Stop processing it.
Email hello@awgcor.com. No special form, no fee, and we will action it within thirty days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is limited to the people who need it, and we do not keep copies of client credentials once a project hands over. If a breach ever affected your data we would tell you directly rather than burying a notice on a page.
Third parties
Fonts are served by Fontshare. Hosting is provided by our web host. Where a project uses a third-party platform — Shopify, Stripe, Google — that platform's own privacy terms apply to data you put into it, and we will tell you which ones are involved before we build.
Questions
Anything unclear here, write to hello@awgcor.com and a person will answer — usually within one business day.
