Changing your billing details

Company name, VAT or tax number, and billing address can all be updated from Billing → Details in the dashboard — no need to email us for a routine change.

What changes and when

Updates apply to every invoice issued after you save them. Invoices already sent are not retroactively changed, since a paid or outstanding invoice needs to stay an accurate record of what it originally said — if a past invoice genuinely needs correcting (a misspelled company name, for instance), message us directly and we will reissue it.

Multiple entities

If you bill through more than one legal entity — an agency invoicing a client separately, for example — tell us and we can set up a second billing profile rather than switching the details back and forth on one account.
