Resetting a password safely
Why we never email a password, and what a legitimate reset from us looks like.

There is nothing to reset, because there is no password. AWGCOR signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email each time — see signing in to your dashboard. That single decision removes most of the usual password-reset attack surface: nothing to phish, nothing reused from another breached site, nothing to forget.
What a legitimate message from us looks like
Every real sign-in email comes from no-reply@awgcor.com, contains only a six-digit code, and never asks you to click a link to "verify your account" or "confirm your password." We will never email you a password, ask you to type one into a message, or call asking you to read a code back to us over the phone.
If something looks off
Forward it, unedited, to hello@awgcor.com and do not click anything in it first. We would rather confirm a false alarm than have you guess wrong on a real one.
