Email hello@awgcor.com with the URL and what you were doing when it happened — that single message reaches the same inbox regardless of how urgent it is, so there is no separate "emergency" address to remember.
What counts as urgent
Anything that stops customers buying, signing up, or contacting you — the site is down, checkout is broken, a form silently fails — is treated as urgent and answered the same day, evenings and weekends included. A visual glitch, a typo, or "can we change this wording" is real but not urgent, and gets a reply within the standard one business day.
What speeds up a fix
The exact URL, what you clicked or typed right before it broke, and whether it happens every time or only sometimes. A screenshot helps but is not required — a clear sentence describing what you saw is often enough to reproduce it on our end.
