The lengths that actually matter
A meta description gets cut around 155 characters and a title around 60. A post under 300 words rarely ranks for anything competitive. An X post stops at 280. A LinkedIn post truncates around 210 before the "see more". Those are the numbers worth watching, not a generic target word count.

Reading time is 200 words a minute
That is the figure publishers use for silent reading of ordinary prose. Speaking is slower — around 130 words a minute at a comfortable pace, which is the number to use when timing a talk or a script. Both are shown above.

Repeated words are a style signal, not an SEO one
The word frequency list is useful for spotting that you have written "solution" nine times in four paragraphs. It is not a keyword density target — deliberately repeating a phrase to hit a percentage has been counterproductive for well over a decade.
