The situation
Cleaning is bought on trust and lost on ambiguity. The two things that stall a booking are not knowing what it will cost and not knowing who is turning up. Hourly quotes make the first impossible to answer up front, and most cleaning sites leave the second to a stock photo.
What we did
We led with the answers instead of burying them. Fixed prices sit on the service cards rather than behind a quote form, so nobody has to ask. The operational guarantees, a 72-hour re-clean, $20M public liability, police-checked and insured teams, are stated on the page rather than in fine print. One build serves all three markets, so Gold Coast, Brisbane and Canberra do not turn into three sites to maintain.
The result
