Artcore Cleaning
A hospitality-first cleaning site for a Melbourne operator who works licensed venues.
- Measured, not estimated
- Client owns everything
- Delivered end to end
The situation
Artcore works a corner of the cleaning market that generic cleaning sites are bad at selling: pubs, restaurants and bistros. A venue manager comparing cleaners does not want a list of residential packages. They want to know you have worked a commercial kitchen, that you can come in after close, and that you will not put the venue's licence at risk.
What we did
We built the site around venue types rather than a generic service menu, so a bistro owner lands on language about their own room instead of a house-cleaning pitch. Residential and commercial work still have a clear home, but hospitality leads the structure, the copy and the imagery. The booking path is short and repeated down the page, and the site is hand-built and static, so it loads quickly on a phone in a back office on patchy wifi.
The result
The site is live and is the business's front door for enquiries. Artcore publishes its own trading record there, twelve-plus years and a 4.8 Google rating, and the build is designed to put those in front of a prospective venue early rather than three scrolls down.
