Money → Get paid lists every invoice you are still owed and helps you chase each one with the right reminder at the right time. It includes saved invoices you have marked as sent in Invoicing, and invoices from anywhere else that you add yourself.
See what is owed
The tiles at the top show what you are owed, how much of it is overdue, what was paid in the last 30 days and how long clients take to pay on average. How late is it? splits the total into not due yet, 1–30 days late, 31–60 days late and over 60 days late.
The Unpaid invoices table lists each invoice with its amount, due date, how late it is and when you last reminded the client. Invoices ready for a reminder come first: those past due, or almost due, that have not had one in the last seven days.
Send a reminder
- Select Remind next to an invoice.
- The reminder opens with the right tone already chosen from how late it is: Heads-up on or just before the due date, Overdue for the first two weeks, Firm until 30 days and Final notice after that. Pick another tone if you prefer.
- Edit the Subject and Message if you want to.
- Send it:
- Open in email app sends it from your own address, which clients are most likely to read and answer. It is logged as sent.
- Copy text copies it to paste anywhere.
- Send from AWGCOR (Pro) emails it for you as your business, with replies going to your own email. It needs the client's email, and is limited to 25 reminders a day and one per invoice a day.
- Mark reminder sent records a reminder you sent another way, or a phone call.
Once a reminder is logged, that invoice is suggested again a week later if it is still unpaid.
Mark an invoice paid
Select Paid next to the invoice. A saved invoice is marked paid in Invoicing too, and the payment counts towards your tax estimate.
Track an invoice you sent elsewhere
Open Track an invoice you sent to add an invoice from another tool — or any invoice on the free plan, where invoices are not stored. Enter the client, their email for reminders, the invoice number if it has one, the amount owed, the currency, the invoice date and the due date. Leave the due date empty and it is treated as due 14 days after the invoice date.
Tracked invoices get reminders exactly like saved ones. In the Tracked invoices list you can edit them, mark them paid, void one that was cancelled, or reopen one.
Your payment details and sign-off
At the bottom of the page, fill in How to pay you — bank details or a payment link — and Sign off as, then select Save. Both are added to every reminder, so clients always have what they need to pay.
