Setting up recurring invoices
How to bill a client on a schedule from your AWGCOR dashboard: set up the invoice once, choose how often, and have each one ready on its date.

Recurring invoices live under Money → Recurring. A schedule holds everything an invoice needs — the client, the line items, the currency, tax and notes — plus how often to bill. Set it up once and each invoice arrives on its date, ready to send.
Set up a schedule
- Select New recurring invoice.
- Under Who it is for, pick a saved client or type the client's name, email and address.
- Under What each invoice says, add a title, the currency, a tax rate if you charge one, and the line items. Use + Add a line for more. Add any notes, such as your payment details.
- Under When, choose how often — every week, every two weeks, every month, every three months, every six months or every year — the date of the next invoice, and how many days the client has to pay.
- Under Ends, choose Never (until you pause it), After a number of invoices, or On a date.
- Select Create schedule.
Monthly billing on the 31st is handled for you: in shorter months the invoice is dated the last day of the month, then goes back to the 31st when the month allows.
When an invoice is due
On or after its date, the schedule appears under Ready to invoice. Select Create invoice to make it with that date and a due date the number of days you chose later, or Skip to move the schedule on to its next date without invoicing.
- Pro — the invoice is saved and numbered in Invoicing and opens so you can check it and send it.
- Free — the invoice opens as a preview to print or save as a PDF. It is not stored, so keep the file, and add it under Get paid if you want reminders for it.
Let AWGCOR create them for you (Pro)
Tick Create the invoice for me when it is due on a schedule, and each invoice is created for you as a draft in Invoicing the first time you open your dashboard after its date. Check it, then send it as usual. If you have been away for several periods, up to three missed invoices are created per schedule, so a long break never floods your invoice list.
Edit, pause or delete
Open any schedule from the Schedules list to change it. The Status section pauses or resumes it, and History shows every invoice created and every date skipped. Deleting a schedule stops future invoices; invoices it already created stay in Invoicing.
The Billed per month tile adds up what your active schedules bill in an average month, before tax — a yearly schedule counts as a twelfth, a weekly one as about four and a third.
